Well, it's that time of year again. Having eaten far too much over the holidays and spent too much money, many people think the New Year is a good time to make positive changes for the better.
Some people start by making a list of New Year Resolutions such as giving up smoking, losing weight or getting fit. The problem is that it is easy to have good intentions, but how long do they usually last? Is there a good way to make resolutions and stick to them? What do you think?. Check all the calories and proteins, fat and sugar you have in your food .
Have healthy food and try not to have sugar in your tea .
Walk around your house going up and down the stairs. keep something
you need most of the time upstairs so you can go up and get it when you need to.
Play and dance around with your child so you can burn off fat from your body and
your child will have fun with you as well .
Pick your child up on your feet and lift her/him up like your child is flying so you
get a workout on your legs.
Weigh all your food on the weighing scales to see how much you are eating .
Cook at home .
My New Year Resolution is to lose weight. First of all I will check my free time to do exercise and I have to change my realationship with food. I also have to cut the amount of sweet I eat. I planned to spend more money on vegetables and fruits instead of buying dairy products.

My New Year Resolutions is it a spend less money.Try to save money for some good trips or just save for something that I actually need.

My New Year Resoltions we be to inprove my English & grammer adult literacy. I will make sure that I reach to college every week and not miss a class. I will listen more to my class teacher. So far I have leant about common nouns , proper nouns, verbs, adjectives, exclamation marks, question marks, fullstops and a lot more.

ReplyDeleteHi it's Abdul. I am going to join the gym and start working out and losing weight. I will train on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday evenings and follow my trainer's instructions to get fit for 2011.
