The food labelling to me is ok ,I do get all the information I need on it .
Most of the shopping is done at the corner shop ,down our street and everything is cooked at home .
But yes, when it comes to dieting there is items in the shop that say “ if you take these tablets for up to six weeks then you will see a big different in your body shape” will , all I can say for that is No! No! No! it dose not work .It only plays mind games . I am not that big all I wanted was to get read off my pregnancy fat ,that’s all ! And did it work ? No! . So yes I would like the people who makes these pills
To tell the truth ,for once .
